A locally owned appliance repair company, built from nine years of frustration with how big companies do it.
Marcus Ingle spent nine years as a factory-authorized appliance technician, running a service van across half the Charlotte metro. The repairs never bothered him — it was everything around them: a two-week wait for a warm refrigerator, a four-hour arrival window that turned into a no-show, and a dispatch system that decided what counted as “urgent” without ever having touched a compressor. In 2020, he started taking side jobs on weekends in his own truck, and word got around fast enough that within a year he’d left the factory-service job for good.
That standard still runs the business today. Same-day appointments when we can manage them, a technician who diagnoses before quoting, and a flat price before any work starts.
